2BHK Villa in Goa, while part of a 21 villa complex called Orchard Villas at Calangute, is a private villa with its own private access, car parking, its personal round-the-clock security guard (guarding adjacent villas), its own outdoor Jacuzzi and is gated to ensure your privacy and peace. Our neighbour is Goa's famous cafe - Cafe De Goa - a lovely outdoor cafe run by Emily since a few years now providing you great breakfast and lunch options in a wifi environment or just some great coffee while you are soaking in the Goa feel. Orchard Villa has the distinction of being one of the most well maintained villa complexes in Goa. It has its own pool and gym facilities and has round the clock security.

This 2BHK Villa in Goa is private and peaceful. It's a brand new vacation home, especially for couples, families. The villa is very private, 5 min walk from the newly opened Hard Rock Hotel and 15 mins walk from the Calangute beach. Accessing Baga, Vagator and Anjuna beach from here is a 15 min ride. Internet sometimes acts up but i can try and arrange wifi.

- 2 bedrooms; 1 master bedroom with a double bed, AC and adjoining bathroom with a bath tub and instant hot water and another room with 2 Single beds with AC, adjoining bathroom with hot water shower facilities. Both rooms have their own individual balconies facing lush green fields
- Living Room complete with sofas, AC, LCD TV with a Set top box beaming in Fox, Star and all popular movie and news channels including options for the kids and its own powder room. WIFI enabled living room.
- Dining room cum Open Kitchen equipped with an electric cooking range, pots, pans, glassware and cutlery, wine and whisky glasses, refrigerator, water purifier and front load washing machine cum drier. The Dining table seats 6 folks and there's place to set up your own bar
- Backyard that has a nice green patch with cane chairs and table for you to relax in the sun, for kids to run around and a 9 feet private Jacuzzi to allow you to soak when you are not on the beach

The neighborhood Cafe de Goa is a great neighbour to have. With some great coffee, sandwiches, waffles and eggs for breakfast and a fabulous Sunday brunch, it makes for an ideal place to hang out for meals and more while staying at Villa.
